Size exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to request a size exchange. Trying the product on is fine. Anything used in a session is not eligible.

To be accepted, the item must come back unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, along with your order number.

Return shipping for size exchanges is paid by you. Once we receive and check the item, we send the new size out.

How to start one

Email us at [EMAIL] with your order number and the size you want. We reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first are not accepted.

Faulty or wrong items

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and photos.

If the item is faulty and unused, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.

What we cannot take back

• Anything used in training or a match

• Items without tags or original packaging

• Gift cards

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on change of mind.

EU right of withdrawal
Under EU law you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, and receive a refund. The item must come back unused, with tags and original packaging.

Email us at georgeladas1999@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to send the item back. Return shipping is paid by you.
